About me

I have a degree in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. I moved to the UK in 2000 and have worked in the criminal justice system supporting victims and witnesses of crime since 2002.

In 2011, I decided to take my career a step further and began a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Integrative Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute. I am currently in the advanced stages of this Doctorate and I am undertaking research into domestic violence.

I have worked with clients facing a variety of issues at MCPS (Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Service), MIND (the mental health charity), and the NHS.

In 2015 I started my own private practice and am based in West and Central London.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
