About me

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, and hold a degree in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.

I embarked on a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Integrative Psychotherapy in 2011 at Metanoia Institute and am currently undertaking research into domestic violence.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the criminal justice system for 16 years, supporting victims and witnesses of crime.

I have experience working with clients at MCPS (Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Service), MIND (the mental health charity), and the NHS.

I have worked with clients since 2012 and started my private practice in 2015.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
